Essential Responsibilities :
- Ability to teach youth basic child development and babysitting skills while following the curriculum provided.
- Ability to facilitate activities that encourage youth to interact with one another.
- Prepare materials needed to implement lesson plans for class.
- Ability to communicate with a diverse group of students.
- Provide a fun and creative environment.
Minimum Qualifications :
- CPR & First Aid Certified within 1 month of hire
- Five or more years experience teaching youth programing
Preferred Qualifications :
Multi-Lingual
